Managing Partner & Director of Operations, Dave Marx

  • Former Professional Softball Player with the Pittsburgh Hard Hats.
  • Numerous tryouts with Pittsburgh Pirates and other professional teams which included an invitation to the Pirates spring training in 1978.
  • 2 Time all American at NCHS
  • YMCA WPIAL Co-Baseball player of the year
  • Played on the 1985 Class A Men's NSA World Softball Champions
  • Former AAU Coach with over 20 years managing experience.
  • Attend prestigious clinics all over the country to keep up with all the latest coaching techniques
  • Teaches all aspects of the Girls Fast Pitch and Slow Pitch softball
  • Head Instructor of the Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs travel teams.

Claudio Reilsono, Baseball Hitting and Fielding Instructor

Coach Claudio brings 25 plus years of High School and College Coaching knowledge.  He is the current Head Coach at Carnegie Mellon University and the Director of Pro Scouting with Paramount Scouting Bureau.

Kaitlyn Schuster, Fastpitch Pitching Instructor

Coach Kaitlyn as a local High School Pitching standout pilled up 732 strikeouts while maintaining a 0.71 ERA over four years.  As a senior she posted a 0.39 ERA in 160 innings with 274 strikeouts, including two 20 strikeout games.   After High School playing for the University of Pittsburgh she was selected as a team captain and is tied for second on the career saves list.


Chuck Prickett, Hitting, Catching and Conditioning Instructor

Coach Chuck has coached Little League, Middle School, High School, Collegiate and  AAU teams.  He has many years of Catching as a player and instructor, and recognizes that the toughest position on the diamond needs specific instruction.  As a current PIAA umpire Coach Chuck brings an understanding of how the Catcher needs to work with umpires to get the best call for their pitcher.  Coach Chuck is available for 1-on-1 lessons and group sessions.


Dave Marx Jr., Speed and Conditioning Instructor

Two Time WPIAL finalist in  the 100m dash, electronically timed 4.4 40 yard dash at the Metro Index Scouting Bureau.  Captain of both High School and College Football teams.  Two time section cornerback, selected to play in the Tri County All-Star game and numerous Arenas League tryouts.
