Spring Training Camp is being developed and information will be released as soon as it is available.
Speed and Conditioning Camp -
Friday Nights at the academy
Girls at 7 PM and the Boys at 8 PM
Camp focus on: Proper warm-up through active dynamic movements This
might be your biggest eye opener... failure to prepare the body means failure on
the field Balance and stabilization exercises for injury risk reduction and
joint alignment Posture, Positioning, Posture, Positioning, Posture,
Positioning, Posture, Positioning... Sprint position and speed
mechanics Learn head position, arm action, hip movement, and leg
turnover First step acceleration and stopping techniques The key to
agility is more than quick feet - stopping will determine how fast you can
really be Have fun while getting better Yes - sessions are challenging..
but athletes will be motivated and looking forward to the next session - that's
a promise
Player Development -
Saturday for the Boys (9:00 am - 12:00 PM)
Sunday for the Girls (10:00 am - 1:00 PM)
